The Anatomy of a Powerful Book Launch

Join us at our new St. Louis Park venue; details below.

Your book’s launch is that sweet spot for building momentum before your book is on the scene. Most authors—both indie and traditional—skip this critical step between publishing their book and selling it. Launching is where positioning, outreach, relationship-building, and automation matters most, yet it’s often an afterthought.
Authors who have a solid launch plan gain the most momentum and sell more books.
At the February MiPA meeting, speaker Dara Beevas will show us how to craft a book launch plan that drives sales and how to avoid marketing pitfalls such as spending your money and time in the wrong places, bombarding your network with buy requests, and throwing your energy at tactics that don’t work.

Bonus: Free book to all pre-registered attendees

Everyone who pre-registers (by buying a ticket here) will receive a copy of Dara’s book Buzz: The Ultimate Guide to Book Marketing.
Buzz is the indie author’s ultimate guide to marketing effectively, inexpensively, and excitingly. It’s marketing starter kit includes sample content calendars, email promotions, and more.
(MiPA members: be sure to log in to “buy” your free ticket.)
